Hello Blogosphere! Howzit? I see people are giving into the blogcks. Not me! I promise. I’m here. Just trying to get all my chicks in order, trying to get the life rearranged, beating down the homesickness to bearability, attempting to balance this ridiculous course load. How can I have only four classes and spend 6 days at school?! And I have group work in every single class. Please raise your hand if you think group work is fun. My hand is not raised. I have so much work that I only have two complaints about the South Africa:

It is summer and the sun is blistering hot, a different hot from Kampala. Of course everyone is half naked. And yes the sight is pretty in some cases but due to obesity and the general tipping of the scale when it comes to the South African population, shades are necessary to obscure the sight of a huge woman in a mini skirt and thong, stomach pouring over at the bottom of tube top, boobs bursting at the top. I might be a hater but I’m not skinny myself and I don’t seek to traumatize people with my bits and pieces, heat or no heat.

There continues to be a lack of deodorant. This is a serious problem, very serious but it gets no attention. Really, if they took the money for the upkeep of one of Zuma’s wives for one month and bought SURE for all who don’t have South Africa would be a better place. It’s probably the horrible smell that is the cause for the violence. If everyone smelled good, I bet their crime rate would drop significantly. ..but that’s just my hypothesis.

So you see, I have not left you. I am only buckled under life’s whip. Once I figure out how to pad my figurative buttocks so I can take the canes like a PLE candidate I will return to you properly. That said, I have an assignment that is due to tomorrow although I haven't even got a textbook for the theoretical bladiblah and a four hour test to study for on Tuesday!

Haha! Pong as a catalyst for violence... now there is an interesting thought!

Good luck with the work. Maybe you could become an investor and offer low cost SURE in a kiosk at your room window?

@petesmama - thank you for the good luck. you tipped the fates in a good way! this low cost Sure thing isn't a bad idea really. like first i'd write to Sure and get them to give me free samples to get people into the scents...
