another honest scrap

From Eizzy.k and Sleek I received an Honest Scrap Award. Clap. Go on, don't be shy. Dankie! Dankie shun! Couldn’t have done it without….well everyone except for Eskom which is in league with Umeme to make posting as difficult as it possibly can be. Instead of bragging I'll direct you kindly to watch a clip of Kanye West....What he said, about myself though...Now, honest things;

1. I tell myself bedtime stories to get myself to sleep. Well they’re more like bedtime movies. I picture each part of my story/movie and then watch my people act out my script until I fall asleep. Started doing it after I got yelled atone too many times for falling asleep with a torch and a novel. Decided since I couldn’t read stories to put myself to sleep, I’d make them up.

2. There’s a very high possibility that I’m going deaf. Possibly due to the fact that my ipod is always at maximum volume.

3. Very very very very very shy doesn’t even begin to describe me. In public situations, I sit, smile, nod, do everything possible to not call attention to myself and when asked to speak usually come up with a one syllable response. This shyness only works when I don’t know you. The second I feel comfortable in your presence, it is very hard to find a silent moment in my company. In fact, the only time I am silent at home is when I am reading a book, sleeping or pissed off.

4. I really like to cook and I love to bake. It brings me actual pleasure. My friend and I plan on opening a bakery/café like place when we retire…ok maybe I should add I think way too far ahead to this…

5. I think way too far ahead, like I have a good idea of what my grandchildren’s names are going to be, my bakery/café place, the hair style I will have if I still have hair…

6. I’m accident prone, clumsy, and anything else that means I have a hard time maintaining my balance on a level surface.

7. I’ve spent a lot of time studying my feet. Like, I have a beauty spot on the sole of my right foot, between my big toe and the second one. I like to think this means something. I just haven’t decided what. And on the back of one of my feet is my favourite scar. It looks like a Nike tick. I’m thinking I can charge them for publicity.

8. I have never snuck out of the house. The closest I’ve come is not being completely honest about where my whereabouts.

9. My boobs are confused about our public image. I’m trying to be laidback, cool, siesta by a palm lined beach and they’re all “look at me!!”

10. In my 22 years, I have lived in Kitante Courts, Kla, when Doctors lived there ; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Entebbe ; Derwood, Maryland; and now Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Now if I listed actual addresses...
